Privacy policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026 · 简体中文

This policy explains how Instant Replay, developed by OrinovaTech, handles information when you use the Android app and this information website. Contact: support@orinovatech.cn.

Instant Replay processes recordings on your device. The app does not automatically upload your recordings, run advertising, or send analytics or crash reports to OrinovaTech.

1. Screen and audio access

When you start Replay and approve Android’s screen-sharing request, the app captures the screen or app content you authorize. Recording can continue while you use other apps until you or Android stop the recording session. Screen recordings may contain personal or sensitive information visible in the captured content.

Your audio setting determines whether the app attempts to capture device audio, microphone audio, both, or no audio. Android requires the audio-recording permission for audio capture, including device-audio capture. Microphone capture is used when you select a microphone mode. Device-audio availability depends on Android and the source app’s capture rules.

2. Local storage and device information

The app stores a rolling recording history, recoverable drafts, settings, and clip metadata locally. It reads available audio-input information, such as device type and a name exposed by Android, to show input choices and route audio. This information is processed on your device.

Saved MP4 videos are written to the device’s shared video collection under Movies/Instant Replay. Compatible gallery and file apps may access those saved videos according to Android permissions and your settings.

3. Retention and deletion

The app’s configuration opts app-private data out of Android cloud backup and device transfer. Separate gallery, device, or cloud-backup apps may sync saved videos according to their own settings and policies.

4. Sharing and third-party services

When you choose Share or Open with, Android passes the selected video to the app you choose. That app’s privacy policy applies to its handling of the video. Instant Replay does not automatically send your recordings to OrinovaTech or a cloud-storage service.

The current app includes Android and AndroidX components for its interface, preferences, and local media playback. It does not integrate advertising, analytics, or automatic crash-reporting services.

5. Permissions and your control

Android’s screen-sharing consent controls screen capture. Audio permission controls audio access. Notification permission allows recording and saving status and controls to appear in notifications. Foreground-service declarations allow active recording and user-requested draft exports to continue with an ongoing status indication.

You can stop recording using the app, its recording notification when available, or Android’s recording and active-app controls where supported. You can change app permissions in Android Settings. Stopping the app during a save may interrupt that save; retained drafts may be offered for recovery.

6. Support correspondence and this website

If you email support, OrinovaTech receives your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue. Avoid sending private recordings or sensitive information unless it is necessary and you choose to share it. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations; you can request its deletion by email.

These static pages do not include analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or code that sets cookies. Your browser sends connection information, including an IP address and requested path, to our hosting server. Operational access and error logs may be processed to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the website. These logs are rotated and retained only as needed for those purposes. The website does not receive app recordings or provide a recording-upload service.

7. Security and accounts

App-private data uses Android’s application storage protections. Saved videos use Android’s shared media storage and its access controls. Instant Replay does not add a separate password or encryption layer to exported MP4 files. Protect your device and consider the content before sharing videos.

The current app does not provide user accounts. There is no Instant Replay account to create or delete.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The update date is shown above. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@orinovatech.cn.
